Purchases are shipped from our own or third party warehouses or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within Seven (7) business days from receipt of payment. The tentative dispatch time will be mentioned in the order confirmation email or sms that you receive after you place the order.

Who delivers the product

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies usually between 9am - 7pm Monday – Saturday.

Thing to remember at the time of receipt

  • •    Products will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods receipt signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere, the title and liability of the products purchased by you shall pass to you on the delivery and acknowledgment of the receipt of the same by you or anyone at your address, thus we are not responsible for damage of products after delivery in any event whatsoever. Crave Clothing will not be liable for any damage to the products during shipping, such liability shall be to the Logistics Provider.
  • •    Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
  • •    All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service immediately upon delivery but shall not be in any event later than Twelve (12) hours of the delivery of the product starting from the time of delivery.

Delivery charges

  • •    Heavy or bulky items
  • •    Some products in our catalogue are heavy or bulky and shipped through our surface logistics partner. These orders may usually take 12-15 business days and their delivery may not be possible at a few select locations.
    *Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

Delivery charges

Safari also accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) at specified PIN codes supported by the Logistics Provider. Safari to assure that the COD PIN are updated regularly.

Do you ship internationally?

Safari will ship internationally via suitable Logistics Provider. International shipping rates are calculated based on a number of factors including desired service level (standard/express), number of items purchased, the weight of the item, and the destination country/region. All customs and other charges levied will be borne by the customer.

How do i track my order?

  • •    Email and Sms are sent to you after the Order is shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider. Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.

In transit Your order is on its way to your city
Out for delivery Your order has reached your city and we will attempt to deliver it today
Hold at hub We tried delivering your order at least once and we will try again in 48 hours
RTO in transit Your order was undelivered and is on its way back to our warehouse.

I should have received my order by now but i haven't. what do i do?

If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.
