Well, it is actually another reason why you should shop online. In e-commerce and online shopping a coupon code (aka e-coupon or digital coupon) is a code, consisting of letters or numbers that consumers can enter into a promotional box on a site's shopping cart checkout page to obtain special offers on their purchase, such as a percentage off purchase, or cash offs.

How do I use a coupon code?

Just enter the coupon code in the Coupon Code box under payment option. You cannot redeem it in parts. However, additional payments can be made via other payment options.

I want to Place bulk orders or need some specific products in large quantities as gift of giveaway. Who do I contact?

Shipping & Delivery

What are the Shipping Charges?

We offer free shipping within India. We currently do not ship internationally.

Can Safari delivery the product at my city?

We deliver across the country to over 7,000 Pin codes. These deliveries are made through reputed logistic partners. We keep adding more pin codes and more cities regularly.

How will I know whether I can get delivery in the areas that I live?

Deliveries are made through third party courier companies. All serviceable pin code (area) can be checked.

What is the delivery timeline or my order?

The general delivery timeline is 5 to 7 business days depending on the delivery address pin code.

Can I place the order online and pick up my order from your Store which is nearest to me?

You cannot place the order online and collect from the store. All orders placed online will be sent directly to the shipping address mentioned while placing the order. To place and order with our Stores, please visit our stores. You can view our list of stores here.

How do I track my order once it is placed?

Step 1: You will receive an order confirmation on Email and SMS on the registered email address and Phone Number.
Step 2: As soon as the order is shipped you will receive another email and SMS on your registered number with the tracking details.
You can also log into your account and view the status of your order.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will get a confirmation email with the airway bill number and the shipping partner's name once dispatched.

I want to gift this product. And I don't want the invoice to be shipped to that address. What should I do?

Yes, it can be done. Please use different addresses for Billing Details and Shipping Details during checkout.

What if I'm not home to receive my order?

We use 3rd party courier companies for deliveries. Most courier companies generally attempt 3 times over a period of 4 (four) business days, to deliver the products at the location specified by the customer. They also leave a note for a call back in case the door is unanswered. The courier company itself may leave an intimation for you or may call you to check for a time convenient to deliver, in case they don't find you at home. Please contact the courier company at the earliest and give them a delivery time that will suit your schedule. Geniusbags.com will not be able to hold any stock for more than 6 (six) business days.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We don't accept changes in the order once they are placed.

Can I cancel my order? (Can a customer not cancel his/her order on the website, from his account?)

Orders can be cancelled within 24 Hours of placing the order. To cancel your order call us on +9122-40381838 / 56 or +919819547085 or email us at customercare@safari.in, with your name, order number, order date and your mobile number. Our team will confirm the cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled post 24 hours of order placement.

What if products ordered by me are out of stock?

All products shown on the web store are products in stock, unless specified otherwise. In an exceptional case where the product you are looking for is out of stock, you will be informed while you are trying to add the item to your shopping cart. In case you wish to get notified for when it comes back in stock, you can opt for the "Notify Me" option for that merchandise and we will let you know when it's back in stock.

What is your exchange policy?

Once products are delivered to you as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.

What is your returns policy?

You may request returns for most items you buy from geniusbags.com except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable. You can return your product within a time frame of 15 days from the date of order.  Our delivery service provider will make at least 2 (two) attempts to pick up the Products from the Customers at the location specified as the Customer's Shipping Address over a period of 4 (four) business days from the date of initiation of such request. Any returns will not be accepted post 15 days of date of order.

When and how will get my refund in case of cancellation or product return?

In case of returning an order, we will generate a credit memo once such request is placed. A coupon code is generated against the credit memo which will be sent to you via your registered email address. You can avail the coupon whenever you place another order with us the next time. (Please confirm this at the back end)
In case of cancellation of an order, refunds are credited back to the same instrument which was debited. The process generally takes 7-14 working days depending on the bank and the gateway. Safari does not have influence on the time lines except processing the refund. The refund will be credited back between 7-14 days after the processing or until your next billing cycle in case it's a credit card. You will receive email/SMS intimation from Safari about the processing of refund. You will need to then contact your bank or credit card issuer for refund status

Is warranty applicable if I make an online purchase? If yes will you be sending the warranty card?

Yes, the warranty is applicable for an online purchase as well. You will receive a warranty card along with the product purchase. Kindly preserver the invoice copy or the bill that you receive at the time of delivery. This will be required for any warranty or replacement requests.

If I have any service queries or requests that need to be addressed?
