We use 3rd party courier companies for deliveries. Most courier companies generally attempt 3 times over a period of 4 (four) business days, to deliver the products at the location specified by the customer. They also leave a note for a call back in case the door is unanswered. The courier company itself may leave an intimation for you or may call you to check for a time convenient to deliver, in case they don't find you at home. Please contact the courier company at the earliest and give them a delivery time that will suit your schedule. will not be able to hold any stock for more than 6 (six) business days.

We don't accept changes in the order once they are placed.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 Hours of placing the order. Orders cannot be cancelled post 24 hours of order placement.

All products shown on the web store are products in stock, unless specified otherwise. In an exceptional case where the product you are looking for is out of stock, you will be informed while you are trying to add the item to your shopping cart. In case you wish to get notified for when it comes back in stock, you can opt for the "Notify Me" option for that merchandise and we will let you know when it's back in stock.

Once products are delivered to you as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.

You may request returns for most items you buy from except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable. You can return your product within a time frame of 15 days from the date of order. Our delivery service provider will make at least 2 (two) attempts to pick up the Products from the Customers at the location specified as the Customer's Shipping Address over a period of 4 (four) business days from the date of initiation of such request. Any returns will not be accepted post 15 days of date of order.

In case of returning an order, we will generate a credit memo once such request is placed. A coupon code is generated against the credit memo which will be sent to you via your registered email address. You can avail the coupon whenever you place another order with us the next time. (Please confirm this at the back end) In case of cancellation of an order, refunds are credited back to the same instrument which was debited. The process generally takes 7-14 working days depending on the bank and the gateway. Safari does not have influence on the time lines except processing the refund. The refund will be credited back between 7-14 days after the processing or until your next billing cycle in case it's a credit card. You will receive email/SMS intimation from Safari about the processing of refund. You will need to then contact your bank or credit card issuer for refund status

Yes, the warranty is applicable for an online purchase as well. You will receive a warranty card along with the product purchase. Kindly preserver the invoice copy or the bill that you receive at the time of delivery. This will be required for any warranty or replacement requests.
